1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tbajj ("Platform", "we", "our") and registered users of the platform ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to all services, games, bonuses, promotions, and financial transactions on tbajj.

tbajj is an online betting and casino platform serving the Bangladesh market. We are committed to providing our members with an entertaining gaming experience in a safe, fair, and transparent environment.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on the platform. Continued use of the platform means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To create and use an account on tbajj, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be acting of your own free will — no account may be operated on behalf of a minor or a person who is legally incapacitated.
• You must have your own valid identity — opening an account under another person's name or identity is prohibited.
• If you reside in a country or jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited, please refrain from using tbajj.
• Each user may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on tbajj, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a direct breach of these Terms and may result in the account being closed.

3.2 Password & Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. If you suspect that someone is misusing your account, notify our support team immediately. tbajj is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Verification

tbajj may verify your identity before processing financial transactions or withdrawals. This process may require a national ID card, passport, or other documents. This is a purely protective measure — it is for the security of your account and funds.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

To deposit funds on tbajj, you must use our approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third party's account is strictly prohibited and such transactions may be reversed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, in special circumstances (such as during a verification process), this time may increase.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be partially restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions may be temporarily held for review.

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tbajj offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited funds. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tbajj strictly prohibits bonus abuse or fraudulent activity (such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other dishonest methods). In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period — unused bonuses will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Bonus wagering may apply only to specific games or game categories — please read the individual terms for each promotion.
• It may not be possible to activate multiple bonuses at the same time.
• tbajj reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus promotion at any time.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

By playing regularly on tbajj, you can advance through the VIP program. The VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your regular participation and activity. tbajj reserves the right to modify VIP benefit details. tbajj's decision is final in any dispute relating to VIP matters.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fair Play Policy

tbajj is committed to ensuring a level and fair environment for all members. The games on our platform are provided by internationally recognized game providers and are designed to ensure fair play.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tbajj:

• Use of fraudulent software, bots, or automated tools.
• Circumventing the system through coordinated betting with other members.
• Involvement in money laundering or other unlawful financial activities.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Collecting or using another member's personal information.
• Unauthorized use of tbajj's name, logo, or brand identity.

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

9 Liability & Limitation of Responsibility

9.1 Limitation of tbajj's Liability

tbajj strives to provide a reliable environment. However, we do not accept responsibility for the following:

• Disruption to game sessions caused by internet connection issues.
• Problems related to your device or software.
• Losses resulting from sharing your account credentials with a third party.
• Failure of third-party software or services.

9.2 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk. You are using tbajj voluntarily and at your own risk. Your betting decisions are entirely your own and tbajj is not responsible for the consequences of those decisions.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 tbajj's Rights

In the following circumstances, tbajj may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice:

• On suspicion of a breach of any clause in these Terms.
• In cases of fraudulent activity or account security risk.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Compliance with an order from a law enforcement authority or judicial body.

10.2 Self-Requested Account Closure

If you wish to close your tbajj account yourself, please contact our support team. Withdraw any valid balance before closing the account.

11 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

13 Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other published policies together form the entire agreement between tbajj and you. Any previous oral or written understandings are superseded by this agreement.

13.2 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.

13.3 Assignment of Rights

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party. tbajj may assign rights under this agreement at any time at its discretion.

13.4 Language

These Terms are written in Bengali. If any conflict arises between a translation and the original Bengali text, the Bengali text will take precedence.
